Regardless of being as a registered/non-registered user, all buyers who use our website must follow our terms and conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that MBP Marketplace may amend these Terms of Service at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms of Service and such amendments are effective as of the date of posting. Your continued use of the Services after the amended Terms of Service are posted to MBP Marketplace’s website constitutes your agreement to, and acceptance of, the amended Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any changes to the Terms of Service, you may stop using our service at anytime.

In addition, each seller also has individual terms and conditions for his/her shop. For a buyer who has made a purchase from a seller on our website, the buyer is considered to have accepted the terms and conditions created by the seller.

As such, buyers are advised to read thoroughly and carefully the terms and conditions from both our website and individual sellers, in order to avoid any unnecessary dispute.


To place an Order with MBP Marketplace you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an Order with MBP Marketplace only with involvement of a parent or guardian.


You must not misuse this Site. You shall not commit or encourage a criminal offence, transmit or distribute a virus including but not limited to Trojan horse, worm, logic bomb or post any other material on the Site which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s propriety rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed throughout the Site. In the event such breach occurs, MBP Marketplace will report the breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and appropriate legal action will be taken.


Registration to the site as a buyer is optional. To place an Order, you must only submit information which is accurate and true. That includes your full name, email address, valid contact number and delivery address. You shall not misuse the Site by creating multiple user accounts.

Also, contact information must not be false. This is to ensure that our company or sellers are able to contact you when required.


The currency will be in Brunei Dollar. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’.

We are under no obligation to fulfil your Order if the price listed on the website is incorrect or if the seller has canceled/deleted the item after you order. Our seller operates as individual merchants/shops. All enquiries regarding the product details, amount, delivery, etc must be addressed to them directly. If there’s any disputes, we will help rectify the issue.

Currently all payment can only be done via MyBillPayment gateway using credit/debit card with VISA/MarsterCard logo. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your Order, our card processor/bank will request pre-authorisation on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the Order Confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In addition, please note that buyers can only be protected by our terms and conditions if the payment is made using MyBillPayment gateway. Buyers who bypass our system paying seller by cash or bank transfer need to take full responsibility for resolving any potential dispute with the sellers and any subsequent incurred loss.


We do not entertain any mistaken order that has already been processed. Buyers are advised to read the item description thoroughly and carefully before making a purchase.
Please be diligent in submitting your orders by reviewing your item, quantity and its total amount.


We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Site. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

If we cancel your Order and you have already made payment for your Order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you.

Both buyer and seller are not allowed to abuse our Feedback/Ranking system. The system is designed to measure the seller’s performance on our platform. Buyer must be honest when using this system. This includes but not is limited to the following:

The buyer must not force the seller to do something beyond what is promised in the original listing by threatening with leaving negative feedback.

The buyer must also not leave feedback merely for a purpose of deliberately raising seller’s ranking score.

Only actual buyers who have registered on our site will be able to use the star ranking labeling.


Please be advised that it is also the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of the delivery after dispatch. The buyer should contact the seller immediately if they have not received the items when the specified date has passed. Please also note that, once the due date has passed, the buyer only has additional 3 working days, to request for assistance from our company for any dispute between you(the buyer) and the seller.
